  • Fellow Member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India

  • Member of  Institute of Cost & Management Accountants of India

  • Masters in Commerce (University of Madras) has hands on industrial experience in various Multinational Companies 

 

Exposure

  • Has led engagements in the nature of Risk Management and Review of Risks and Controls.

  • Handled internal audits of Cement, Banks, Real estate, amongst varied industries.

  • Has managed Statutory Audits of large limited companies including manufacturing, technology and service sectors.

  • Has been a part of Due Diligence activities; review of acquisition within India and review of operations across new geographies including Singapore, Malaysia, and South Africa etc.

  • Has specialized in Indirect taxes (Including GST Filing, Registration, Migration, And Advice on GST matters) –and has done Representations before various authorities for Service Tax, VAT and Central Excise.

  • Possesses Adequate knowledge in STPI/SEZ compliance, review, requirements, filing and procedures.
